This role requires a ServiceNow Consultant to develop technical solutions for IT department needs and potentially beyond. The candidate will be responsible for developing ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM), leading development practices, and supporting other developers through ServiceNow implementation. Strong ServiceNow and web technologies skills are essential.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Experience in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines
