This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role requires someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment and possesses experience with Service Now integration, scripting, and a strong understanding of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes. They will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, contributing to global system integration, and providing technical guidance to other developers.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
