This role is for a ServiceNow GDN Consultant who will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT and beyond. The candidate should have prior ServiceNow experience, excellent communication skills, and be able to work under pressure and handle complex timelines. They will contribute to ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, and provide solutions to global clients.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Integration using REST API, webservice/JSON, and ServiceNow Scripting
- Understanding of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation/development experience
- Creation of technical design documents and unit test cases.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
Requirements Summary
