This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. The candidate will be responsible for developing ITSM, GRC, SECOPS, and HRSD modules, as well as ServiceNow upgrades. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. They also need solid ServiceNow knowledge and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Develop ServiceNow solutions to satisfy IT department and beyond.
- Implement and develop ServiceNow modules (GRC, SECOPS, CSM, ITBM).
- Create technical designs and write test cases.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade and other ServiceNow platform upgrades.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
Requirements Summary
3+ full cycle ServiceNow implementation experience. Strong knowledge of ITSM & Web Technologies. Excellent communication & collaboration skills
