This Senior ServiceNow Consultant role requires someone with dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team driven by customer service. The consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, support other developers, and implement ServiceNow modules across global locations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
  • ServiceNow Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,JAVA Script, etc.)
  • ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
  • Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
