This Senior ServiceNow Consultant position involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. The role focuses on ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM), implementation best practices, and strong ServiceNow expertise, including upgrade handling and knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and develop ITSM & other modules in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and best practices.
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script, etc.).
- ServiceNow upgrade skills
- Good knowledge of the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Excellent interpersonal and independent working skills
