The role is for a Senior ServiceNow Implementation or Development Consultant. Candidates should have strong ServiceNow experience and excellent communication and collaboration skills. The individual will be responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform and supporting other developers in integrating systems with ServiceNow. They must be capable of working under pressure and maintaining project deadlines.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
