Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- + 10 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, ideally within CRM, Customer Experience, or Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform or similar cloud-based software solutions.
- Proven success working with public sector or Federal Government customers — understanding their procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and mission focus.
- Expertise in AI integration — experience leveraging AI tools or automation to enhance workflows, decision-making, or service delivery.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value-driven narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a matrixed sales ecosystem, including account teams, product, marketing, and partners.
- Strategic territory management skills with a track record of driving pipeline and execution excellence.
