Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer AI Transformations Engineer to join Miro’s Customer AI Transformation (CAIT) team to drive AI transformation engagements with some of our largest & most strategic customers.

Requirements

• Do deep discovery with customers around their key business challenges with the purpose to explore whether Miro’s AI Innovation Workspace can solve for it
• Design and implement scalable Miro AI applications (Miro blueprints) for enterprise workflows
• Integrate enterprise data using RAG and vector databases
• Apply text pre-processing, chunking, and summarization, context engineering and fine-tune techniques to improve performance of Miro AI solutions
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents
• Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and evaluation of LLM applications
