We are looking for a forward-thinking Generative AI (GenAI) Chatbot Developer to architect, implement, and continuously evolve intelligent, conversational AI solutions that transform the IT support experience. In this role, you'll lead the development of next-generation AI chatbots powered by large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and contextual automation — enabling dynamic, natural language-driven support for healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable GenAI chatbots to support IT functions
- Leverage and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude) for use in conversational AI
- Implement robust intent recognition, entity extraction, and contextual awareness using transformer-based models
- Create dynamic dialogue flows using decision trees and ML-driven interaction strategies
- Connect the chatbot to internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and SOP repositories using vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
- Integrate with ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) to enable automatic issue tracking, routing, prioritization, and escalation workflows
- Track and analyze chatbot performance metrics (resolution rates, user satisfaction, turnaround time), and implement iterative improvements based on feedback and data
