We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Production Support Analyst (MMWM) to join our enterprise IT team. This role is responsible for providing expert-level support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for the SAP landscape, ensuring stability and performance of the production environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 - 7+ years of SAP experience
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration points
- Proficiency in incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with ABAP debugging, IDocs, and batch job monitoring
- Experience working in offshore support models and across multiple time zones
