Requirements

• University degree or College Diploma in Data Science & Analytics, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience working as part of large-scale organization and or complex business projects in an analytical and process engineering role
• Strong aptitude in IT controls, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), UAT, and Change Management principles
• Curious mindset with a willingness to explore emerging AI tools and assess their potential to drive efficiencies in processes, data management, and user support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Has strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficient in data analysis, visualization and deriving actionable insights from operations data
• Excellent written and oral communications skills able to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
