NCS is seeking a Senior Assistant, Administration to manage Customer Service Operations (CSO) and Asset Operations. This hands-on role involves managing multiple streams, ensuring smooth deployment of resources, meticulous asset management, and efficient handling of daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, administrative support, or asset management role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approaches to data validation and file management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience working with SharePoint.
- Experience with data entry, portal administration, and working with ticketing systems (e.g., CAMS, ServiceNow) is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in customer-facing correspondence.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise a high volume of daily tasks alongside ad-hoc requests
