Eurofins is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to be responsible for supporting the technical needs of customers across North America. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve customer hardware, software, printing and general network connectivity issues.
Requirements
- 1-6 years of Service Desk support experience with increasing responsibilities
- 1-6 years of Knowledge Management experience with creating, updating and maintaining knowledge articles and libraries
- 1-6 years of ServiceNow or other incident tracking tools experience
- Intermediate knowledge of ITIL concepts
- 1-6 years of computer technician/repair experience
- 1-6 years of Windows 10/Windows 11 technical support experience
- 1-6 years of MS O365 support experience
- HDI Desktop Support Technician Certification (or equivalent)
- HDI Technical Support Professional Certification (or equivalent)
- ITIL 4 Foundations
- A+, Network+, Security+, Fundamentals+ certifications
- Azure Microsoft certification
- Microsoft MCP and/or MTA certification
- Microsoft 365 certification
- Intune, SSCM/MECM certification
