Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst

BNY is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Fund Services Team within the Fund Services Team. This role involves providing application support for complex applications, leading incident management, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring application readiness. The position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, and requires a proactive and independent contributor.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of diverse experience in information technology
• 7-10 years of experience in applications support or production environment
• Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Ansible, Docker)
• Experience with Java, .NET applications
• Experience with Java, .NET applications and SQL
• Experience with deployment using Jenkins, GIT
• Knowledge about ITIL Service Management and ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot and escalate alerts
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Moogsoft, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Cloudprober, Thousand Eyes, Splunk)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
