Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst

BNY is seeking a Senior Associate, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join their Fund Services Team. This role involves providing application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and maintaining knowledge bases within a production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and experience with automation tools and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 7-10 years of diverse experience in information technology
• 7-10 experiences in applications support or production environment
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Ansible, Docker, Java, .NET, etc.)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with IBM MQ/ messaging and Rabbit MQ middleware queues
• Experience with Apache Kafka messaging
• Experience with SQL and Oracle databases
• Experience with Jenkins, GIT, CI/CD and strong debugging skills
• Knowledge about ITIL Service Management and ServiceNow ticketing
• Troubleshoot and escalate alerts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Confluence or SharePoint
