Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in application support or production environment
- Strong automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, Ansible, Docker)
- Experience with Java, .NET
- Experience with IBM MQ/messageing and Rabbit MQ
- Experience with Apache Kafka
- Experience with SQL and Oracle
- Experience with Jenkins, GIT, CI/CD
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management and ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting and escalation of alerts
