Grab is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join their Orchestration team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality RPA and IDP solutions using UIPath. The role involves collaborating with process owners and business analysts, creating documentation, ensuring automation solutions follow internal control and compliance requirements, and monitoring the performance of deployed bots.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in RPA automation using UiPath with a minimum of 1–2 years focused on UiPath's IDP features.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial applications such as Oracle/SAP and experience in automating finance processes including journal entries, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and data validation.
- Proficiency in software development practices and tools, including version control systems (e.g., Git), code review processes, agile development methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency in incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow Jira) for tracking and resolving production incidents.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security Standards (NIST, COBIT, ISO27001) and Identity and Access Management standards and best practices (ABAC, RBAC, OAuth, SAML).
