As a Senior AV Event Technician, you will lead event and video conferencing operations and technical support across all event spaces, ensuring that audio-visual operations are delivered in line with the event briefs. You will work with executive management and managing directors to provide services, and will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom communication platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals and teams
- Working experience and knowledge Windows operating system (10 or 11) and O365 applications
- Working experience and knowledge of Yamaha digital audio desks, with a good understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting
- Experience using a helpdesk ticketing solution (ServiceNow, Remedy, Helix, etc.)
- CTS certified
