The Business Transformation team is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that support long-term growth, resilience, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be involved in global and regional change programmes, collaborating closely with Project Managers and Enterprise Architecture SME.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Excellent understanding of business analysis frameworks and approaches
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycles under both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to integrate well into a team and build effective relationships
- Ability to adapt to continually changing priorities and aggressive project timeframes
- An industry recognised business analysis professional qualification would be an advantage
- Any knowledge of the renewable energy sector would be an advantage
- Any knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Azure DevOps is a plus
