The Senior AV Event Technician will lead event and video conferencing operations and technical support across all event spaces, ensuring that audio-visual operations are delivered in line with the event briefs and that technical escalations are dealt with promptly and appropriately.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom communication platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Working experience and knowledge of Windows operating system (10 or 11) and O365 applications
- Working experience and knowledge of Yamaha digital audio desks, with a good understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting
- Experience using a helpdesk ticketing solution (ServiceNow, Remedy, Helix, etc.)
- CTS certified
