Senior BPM Specialist

NBS is seeking a Senior BPMN Specialist to shape the future of mobility, driving process excellence and bridging the gap between business and technology. The role involves championing ARIS, empowering stakeholders with process models, defining governance, and collaborating with IT teams to integrate ARIS with SAP and ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will contribute technically to ARIS and proactively seek improvements to the platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in BPMN modeling (3+ years preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ARIS (Architect, Connect, Publisher) is a plus
• Experience in enterprise-wide process transformation or digitalization
• Technical curiosity—comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and system architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
