This role involves working on the ITSM platform, providing support to other applications like ITAM and HR, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong ITIL and ServiceNow expertise, and a proactive mindset.
Requirements
- ITIL Foundation certification with practical experience
- ServiceNow System Administrator and ATF certification with hands-on experience
- ITSM module and Knowledge Management experience (business-oriented documentation)
- Business user story testing, error identification, and automated testing scenario maintenance
- Ticketing system familiarity (e.g., ServiceNow, ServiceManager)
- Business analyst mindset with focus on testing and documentation
- English and French fluency (oral and written)
