We are seeking a Senior Consultant ServiceNow for our Technology-Enabled Transformation Insurance team in Milan. You will have the opportunity to work with international insurance companies combining technical skills, consulting approach and industry-specific expertise.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of practical experience on ServiceNow, particularly on TPRM, ERM or other modules
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow workflow configuration, scripting, integrations and personalizations
- ITIL best practices knowledge is considered a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
