Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience supporting ITIL processes (Business or IT).
- 2+ years of experience using an ServiceNow Platform.
- 2+ years of experience using an Agile methodology.
