Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology
- 4+ years of combined experience in business analysis and architecting, designing, and developing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog module
- 2+ year of experience with App Engine
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex business requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies
