Senior Business Process Consultant

The position requires experience with ServiceNow SAM and HAM products, and the ability to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Public Trust Clearance
• Minimum five years of consulting experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult ITOM solutions
• Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state ITOM processes
• Strong understanding of SAM and HAM engagements
