ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (AI) to work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction on the ServiceNow platform by leveraging AI-enhanced technology. The role involves consulting with customers, guiding them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements, and driving customer business outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases
- Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative & Agentic AI
- Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support using technologies
