The role focuses on guiding customers through the transition from business requirements to configuration, leveraging AI-enhanced platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be a process expert and strong communicator, able to drive business outcomes and solve complex challenges.
Requirements
- In active Security Clearance required
- At least five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes
- Strong understanding of AI Models and Large Language Models (preferred)
- Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support
- Experience in analyzing and recommending strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills
