Senior Business Process Consultant (Quote to Order)

At Mitel, you will have the opportunity to help businesses connect, collaborate and provide better experiences for our customers. As a key member of a Business Process Management team, you will reengineer our Quote-to-Cash process to deliver both incremental and transformational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration/Project Management
• 3 years experience in Business Process Management
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above Trained/Certified
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Self-driven, initiative and cost-saving oriented
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, assess impact of new business requests on upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and handle simultaneous requests.
• Excellent Organizational, Leadership, Networking, Communication Skills, oral and written skills
• Customer orientation
• Knowledge of SAP, Configure, Price, Quoting tool, ServiceNow, Jira
