Senior Business System Analyst

The Senior Business System Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications, providing technical support, optimization of systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years in the Home Health industry
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting/implementing the HomeCare Homebase EMR system
• Understanding of Home Health regulations and operational workflows
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment to assess risks and downstream impacts of system changes
• Proven ability to lead/manage projects or consistently complete assigned tasks within established timelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
