Requirements
- 5+ years Organizational Change Management experience
- 10+ years Professional Services (ServiceNow preferred) experience
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Build strong relationships with clients, peers, and other partners
- Willing to travel as needed
- Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices
