Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Systems Operations Engineer to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid solutions architecture, deployment, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution for cloud-based systems.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and backup management.
• Maintain and manage Kubernetes, Docker, and related technologies.
• Collaborate directly with customers to assess implementations, gather requirements, and deliver tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with product development, support and security teams to enhance security, compliance, and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for cloud environments and processes.
• Participate in after-hours support (on call) and scheduled implementation activities as required.
