Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to maintain, monitor, and optimize its cloud infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud operations, experience with major cloud platforms, and a proven track record of ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Requirements

• Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools.
• Full responsibility from infrastructure design, build and operate standpoint.
• Collaborates with IT security, to maintain systems without vulnerabilities when possible, and react if necessary.
• Work with change requests & incident monitoring system (ServiceNow)
• Writing/updating technical design, build and process documentation
• Provide technical support during disaster and Perform Root Cause Analysis
