Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Experience with Data Processing
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development; Software Development Life Cycle
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules
- Strong knowledge of the CSDM framework (Common Service Data Model)
- Strong knowledge of CM tools and platforms (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Ansible)
