Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related HR discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
  • Hands-on experience with Workday
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment (preferred)
