Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related HR discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- Hands-on experience with Workday
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment (preferred)
