Senior Compliance & Performance Analyst (hybrid)

We are looking to hire a Senior Compliance & Performance Analyst to work in our Merrillville, Indiana or Columbus, Ohio office with a hybrid schedule. The role involves monitoring daily activities to support NiSource's Sarbanes Oxley compliance, preparation and analysis of IT SOX controls, and coordination of company-wide efforts to comply with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Process Management
• 3-6 years of experience in Sarbanes Oxley audits, Information Systems audits, and IT Operations
• Demonstrated experience in SharePoint, ServiceNow, and MS Office
• Working experience with ITIL processes and metrics
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Upon Hire
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Upon Hire
