The Leidos company is seeking a Senior Computer Systems Analyst to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely. The candidate will troubleshoot workstation, printers, and other peripherals, and work with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center, Remedy, and ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills and able to work in a professional environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI
- DHS or other government contract experience
- Knowledge of HEITS processes
