Senior Configuration Analyst

The Senior Configuration Analyst will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities for the Enterprise Configuration Management process, setting up the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and expanding its use into other IT processes.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years Configuration Management experience
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience in data analysis and management utilizing advanced Excel techniques
• Familiarity with Agile, and SCRUM methodologies
• ITIL v4 Foundations Certified
