We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our consulting team, responsible for delivering exceptional ServiceNow projects and services to clients across the Asia-Pacific region. The role involves developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM and 1+ additional CIS certification, ServiceNow Suite Certified
- Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions and development
- Expertise in HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations
- Ability to create build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specifications
- Strong workshop facilitation skills and experience delivering multiple ServiceNow product line projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
