Senior Consultant - Artificial Intelligence - NowAssist

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant - Artificial Intelligence - NowAssist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of intelligent automation solutions leveraging ServiceNow's AI and machine learning capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including at least 1 year focused on NowAssist, AI, or automation modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including at least 1 year focused on NowAssist, AI, or automation modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, AI/ML capabilities, and integration methods.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflow automation, and virtual agent configuration.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow AI projects for enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist, NowAssist, or related) highly desirable.
