Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting - NAT - CNS - TC - Service Now - PAN India at EY India. Develop workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Collaborate with application teams, design and implement data interfaces, and create operational metrics reporting and dashboards.
Requirements
- Experience working on more than one of the ServiceNow applications: ITSM, Integration, Portal, GRC IRM, Secops, HRSD, ITOM, and other custom application development.
- Collaboration with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems.
- Experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Certification in ServiceNow Admin (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for any of the modules, and Certified Application Developer.
