Senior Consultant IT Service Management (m/w/d)

Join our CIO Advisory for the public sector with a focus on IT Service Management and ServiceNow. Drive meaningful impact by developing Target Operating Models, designing governance, and integrating business and IT processes into digital services.

Requirements

• Developing Target Operating Models along best practices for service management from scratch
• Designing an appropriate governance for ministries and authorities at the federal, state, and local level
• Ensuring the seamless integration of business and IT processes into digital services for authorities and citizens
• Developing Target Operating Models for IT organizations along best practices for processes, organization, governance, and value creation chains
• Conducting current analyses, maturity assessments, and target conception for the entire spectrum of practices in the ITIL framework
• Conceptionally preparing and preparing IT services for implementation in IT service management solutions based on ServiceNow
• Conducting coaching and accompanying our customers in the introduction and implementation of IT service management processes
• Identifying new consulting needs in our customers and developing and taking responsibility for new topics in the service portfolio of Sopra Steria
