Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Experience in SLA management and Prod critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution
• Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures
• Java development, process automation, application health monitoring tools
• Devops Experience in PL SQL
