We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager to serve as a ServiceNow Tech Lead on a cross-functional development team. The ideal candidate should have experience working on multiple ServiceNow applications and have good experience in developing integration solutions. The role involves designing and implementing data interfaces, creating and configuring business rules, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Experience working on multiple ServiceNow applications (ITSM, Integrations, ITOM, IT Asset Management, IT Business Management, GRC, HRSD, Secops, and other custom application development)
- Good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
- ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS for any of the modules)
- Certified Application Developer
