Senior Consultant position in ServiceNow with experience in ITSM+ Integration, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, GRC, and location scope. Work will involve implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow modules. The role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow Global scope and foundational data, as well as experience with event management, auto remediation, and AIOps.
Requirements
- Experience in ITSM+ Integration/ ITOM / HRSD / IRM /GRC
- Experience in implementation, configuration, updates & troubleshooting
- Deep understanding and solutioning capabilities in ServiceNow Global scope and foundational data
- In depth Understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping technologies
- Good exposure to Event Management using ITOM workspace
- Configuration experience of Noise Reduction and Alert grouping
- Experience with AIOps for Alert o-relation using AI/ML
- Auto Remediation using AIOps
- Working knowledge of Network topics such as NMAP and credential less discovery
- Experience working wit Agentless and Agent based discovery
- Good to have if prior experience working with another Discovery application like HP uCMDB or BMC atrium etc.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM data model
- Experience and solutioning capabilities using Scoped Application
- Knowledge and experience working on Service Catalog, Portal and Building Catalog items
- Experience in develop integration using JDBC/SQL/SOAP/REST with various type of systems directly or through mid-server
- Ability to perform research into technology partner or other vendor solutions in context of client requirements for integration
- Ability and fluency with Platform methodologies such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and actions
- Fluency with the latest platform features of latest ServiceNow release such as ROME
- Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTP
- Understand the ServiceNow eco-system & working knowledge across one or more products apart from ITSM such as HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM etc.
