Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience in eliciting requirements and business process reviews
  • 1+ year of experience leading the business analysis for large/complex application development projects
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, LSD, ITAM, ITOM, Virtual Agent)
  • Experience with Agile methodology (SAFe/Scrum) and working with global teams
