As a Senior Consultant specializing in ServiceNow, your role will be pivotal in driving significant enhancements and innovations to our platform, thereby empowering our Canadian firm's operations. You will be operating within a highly collaborative setting, utilizing specialized tools that facilitate seamless virtual interaction across diverse locations and time zones.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation while applying detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution.
- Experience leading the business analysis for at least 3-4 large/complex application development projects end to end.
- Experience with at least 1 of following areas of the ServiceNow platform: ITSM (IT Service Management), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery), LSD (Legal Service Delivery), ITAM (IT Asset Management), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Virtual Agent.
- The ability and willingness to be hands-on with the platform as necessary to ensure group success.
- Experience in Agile methodology (SAFe/Scrum) and working with global teams.
