Senior Counsel, Commercial Legal

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Legal to review and negotiate complex enterprise customer sales agreements, collaborate with various business units, and support the continuous improvement of standard forms of agreement and legal processes.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Profound in-house commercial contracting experience dealing with SaaS or software licensing transactions and supporting a sales organisation
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations
• Exceptional critical thinking abilities, who possesses strong business acumen and excellent business judgment
