This role is for a ServiceNow GDN Consultant, responsible for developing technical solutions for IT and beyond, including ITSM & other modules. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, capable of working under pressure and with crunched timelines. They should be familiar with Web Technologies and ServiceNow upgrade.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Creation of technical design document and writing Unit test cases
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
Requirements Summary
3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, Knowledge of Web Technologies, Strong communication skills, and Understanding of ITSM processes are required
