Senior ServiceNow Consultant position, experienced in ServiceNow implementation projects, with strong knowledge of ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM applications, and agile methodology.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Knowledge & experience of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM)
- Aware of best development practices during implementation
- Strong track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment
- Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Knowledge & experience of integration frameworks in ServiceNow
